商業銀行全球畢業生項目：
這一項目歡迎積極主動，對商業充滿熱情且誠實正直的個人加入。在經過兩年，4個崗位各自為期6個月的實習后，你將在以下領域獲得廣泛經驗：關系管理、全球貿易與應收賬款融資、薪酬與現金管理。順利完成該項目后，你就有機會轉入更加艱巨專業的崗位。截止日期2015.10.31

 

商業銀行實習生(2016.1起)

為期八周，面向在校大三學生。這份實習將幫你熟悉如何為客戶發展提供解決方案。在學習有關商業銀行基礎以及客戶滿意驅動要素的同時，我們也鼓勵你積極承擔責任、貢獻想法。如表現突出，你還將有機會參與全球畢業生項目。

 

零售銀行和財富管理畢業生項目

為期兩年，在總行和面向客戶的部門進行四次輪崗。以后或有機會成為分行、聯絡中心的管理者，或加入專家團隊。截止日期2015.10.31

 

零售銀行及財富管理實習(2016.1起)

為期八周，將分別在分行、聯絡中心以及總行的專家團隊中進行，因此你將有機會了解我們業務范圍和復雜性。表現突出者有機會加入全球畢業生項目。

零售銀行及財富管理·匯豐銀行·中國

地點：上海/北京/廣州

持續時間：12個月

申請條件：

工作經驗不滿一年的應屆畢業生;

思想開放，愿意接受銷售工作的挑戰;

積極主動有上進心;

良好的人際交往和溝通能力。

學習、發展和支持：

Commercial Banking

Commercial Banking is at the heart of growth at HSBC, partnering with our business customers to help them move in the right direction by providing dedicated products and services. We support our customers in achieving their ambitions both domestically and internationally, and we do this by using our global connections and expertise to spot trends in world trade and identify business opportunities. With the emphasis on building strong relationships with our customers, we provide a range of banking services including trade and receivables finance, payments and cash management, and capital finance.

Commercial Banking Global Graduate Programme

This programme appeals particularly to individuals who are self-starters, highly driven and passionate about growing commercial business, and have high levels of integrity. Over two years and involving four placements, each lasting six months, you'll gain broad experience of one of the following areas: Relationship Management, where you'll learn how we connect with businesses of all sizes, Global Trade and Receivables Finance, or Payments and Cash Management. On completion, you'll then be ready to move into a challenging relationship-led or specialist role.

This eight-week internship for penultimate-year students gives you first-hand experience of how we provide our customers with solutions to support their growth ambitions. You'll be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table, while learning about the foundations of Commercial Banking and the drivers of customer satisfaction. Perform well and you could secure a place on our sector-specific global graduate programme.

Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Retail Banking and Wealth Management caters to millions of customers worldwide through our branch network, call centres, internet and mobile banking. We also connect institutional and retail clients with investment opportunities around the world in our Global Asset Management business. Leading and developing a team of people is key to helping our customers achieve their hopes, dreams and ambitions.

Supported by specialist teams, our colleagues in our branches and contact centres work together to provide high-quality service to our customers, to meet their day-to-day banking needs or achieve their long-term financial goals.

Retail Banking and Wealth Management Global Graduate Programme

The two-year programme offers four rotations in customer-facing and head office roles, equipping you to become a future leader of our branches or contact centres, or one of our specialist teams. Global Asset Management designs investment products for our institutional and retail clients and is responsible for investment of funds worldwide.
