Team Assistant (Contractor)職位描述： 
  Contract time: 2 years

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

·To follow up with documentation and execution of deals originated by other senior staff in the Bank;
·To maintain good coverage on existing- and target clients at middle management levels, e.g. Treasurer, Finance Manager;
·Working with product teams to closely follow-up as required;
·To provide necessary support, e.g. financial analysis, preparation of credit reports, in order to convert the pipe line deals and ensure smooth implementation;
·To originate new transactions from both existing and new clients
·To coordinate with Deutsche Bank colleagues overseas to ensure that clients receive seamless worldwide banking services

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
·Strong sense of accountability and integrity;
·With exposure in China and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends;
·International work/study experience is preferred.

Others:
·Solid accounting, financial, and credit analysis skills;
·Good knowledge of different bank products, particularly commercial/transaction ·Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written;
·Good PC skills.
·Excellent communication skills with both external customers and internal staff;
·Good team player who is willing to learn and work hard;
·Motivated and results oriented;
·Good public speaking and presentation skills are preferred.
