1. Deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone support services to Internet Banking customers, Mortgage Loan customers and other CFS customers whenever scope is expanded

2. Answer, direct and track the email inquiries from the Internet Banking customers
回復、引導并跟蹤來自網銀客戶的郵件需求
3. Log the customer support cases and prepare the regular reporting
登陸到客戶的支持案例,并且準備常規報告
4. Build and maintain good customer relationship
建立并保持良好的客戶關系
5. Follow up with fixes for system issues.
定期跟進系統相關事宜
崗位要求 : (知識和技能,學歷,經驗,個性等)
1. Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience
本科以上學歷,1年相關工作經驗,優秀的應屆畢業生也可。
2. Good communication skill in oral Chinese and English
中英文溝通能力良好
3. Strong customer service mindset
擁有良好的客服心態
4. Basic knowledge on person banking product and services
