Responsibilities:
Meeting Financial Objectives
o Meet / exceed KPI and sales targets.
o Increase customer "share of wallet" and AUM
o Timely follow up to increase customer cross product holdings and increase revenue per customer.
o Build and strengthen long term customers relationships
o Build effective referrals from existing customers to increase customer pool
Non Financial Objectives
o To actively participate in marketing activities and other business initiatives.
Service Quality Measurement
o Ensure zero defects for all documentations in wealth sales, and account opening.
o To build and expand a long term relationship with existing valuable customer.
o Achieve high standards of customer service with effective after-sales servicing through efficient and timely delivery.
o Meet individual target set by the bank through effective and high standard of customer service.
Operational Risks Management Deliverables
o Full compliance to the laid down operations/sales documentation procedures and regulatory requirements.
o Meeting products needs of customer by understanding customers risk profile.
o Familiar with the bank regulatory & compliance to the laid down procedures & processes, and comply with all guidelines and procedures from compliance and the regulatory requirement.
Requirements:
o College Degree.
o Excellent sales and service skills.
o Ability to build long term customer relationship
o Rich Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
o Able to understand spoken and written English.
o Over 3 years working experience in banking, financial services or other service industry
